คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดประชุมวิชาการระดับชาติ “การบูรณาการเพื่อสร้างความเป็นธรรมทางสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน”เวทีแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้จากนักวิชาการทั่วประเทศกว่า 30 ผลงาน ครอบคลุมหลากหลายศาสตร์

คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น กำหนดจัดการประชุมวิชาการระดับชาติ ภายใต้หัวข้อ

“การบูรณาการเพื่อสร้างความเป็นธรรมทางสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน: ความท้าทายด้านกฎหมาย เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม”

ระหว่างวันที่ 3–4 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ณ ห้องประชุมทองใบทองเปาด์ คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น

เนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 19 ปีแห่งการสถาปนาคณะนิติศาสตร์

โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปิดพื้นที่ทางวิชาการสำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ระหว่างนักวิจัย คณาจารย์ นักศึกษา และภาคีเครือข่าย ทั้งในระดับประเทศและภูมิภาค

การประชุมครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ข้ามศาสตร์ เพื่อตอบสนองต่อความท้าทายของสังคมไทยในโลกยุคใหม่ที่ซับซ้อนและเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว โดยเฉพาะประเด็นเกี่ยวกับความเป็นธรรมทางสังคม การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน และการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน

ภายในงานมีการนำเสนอผลงานวิชาการจำนวนกว่า 30 ผลงานจากนักวิชาการทั่วประเทศ ครอบคลุมสาขาวิชาหลากหลาย ได้แก่

•นิติศาสตร์

•รัฐศาสตร์

•บริหารธุรกิจ

•มนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์

•เศรษฐศาสตร์

•สิ่งแวดล้อม

•วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์และเทคโนโลยี

กิจกรรมสำคัญภายในงาน ได้แก่

•การปาฐกถาพิเศษ หัวข้อ “การบูรณาการเพื่อสร้างความเป็นธรรมทางสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน: ความท้าทายด้านกฎหมาย เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม” โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์กิตติบดี ใยพูล ผู้ก่อตั้งและอดีตคณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น

•เวทีเสวนาวิชาการ 4 หัวข้อสำคัญ โดยวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากสถาบันอุดมศึกษาหลากหลายแห่ง ได้แก่

1.เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางกฎหมาย: เครื่องมือขับเคลื่อนความเป็นธรรมทางสังคมในยุคดิจิทัล

2.เทคโนโลยีกับการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน: การขับเคลื่อนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs)ภายใต้กรอบ BCG และ ESG

3.นวัตกรรมทางสังคม กฎหมาย และการก้าวสู่สังคมที่เป็นธรรมและยั่งยืน

4.การสร้างความเป็นธรรมทางสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน: การสร้างระบบนิเวศน์ใหม่สู่การพัฒนาที่สมดุลและยั่งยืน

•นิทรรศการผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม จากองค์กรเครือข่าย อาทิ

สมาคมสถาบันอุดมศึกษาสิ่งแวดล้อมไทย, สำนักงานคณะกรรมการสิทธิมนุษยชนแห่งชาติ, สถาบันวิจัยดาราศาสตร์แห่งชาติ, กรมการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและสิ่งแวดล้อม, สมาคมผู้บริโภคจังหวัดขอนแก่น, การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย และศูนย์พิสูจน์หลักฐานภาค 4

•กิจกรรมพื้นที่ทางปัญญาสำหรับเยาวชน การแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์วิจัยชุมชนระหว่างนักวิจัยและนักศึกษาจาก

มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่, มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ และมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น

รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วนิดา แสงสารพันธ์

คณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น กล่าวถึงความสำคัญของการประชุมในครั้งนี้ว่า

“การประชุมครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงเป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการ แต่ยังเป็นพื้นที่สื่อสารเชิงนโยบายที่สำคัญ เพื่อเชื่อมโยงศาสตร์ต่าง ๆ เข้าด้วยกัน และนำไปสู่การออกแบบระบบกฎหมายและนโยบายที่มีประสิทธิภาพ สอดคล้องกับพลวัตของสังคมไทยและโลกในศตวรรษที่ 21 อย่างยั่งยืน”

Faculty of Law, Khon Kaen University to Host National Academic Conference on

“Integration for Sustainable Social Justice”

A Platform Showcasing Over 30 Academic Works Across Multiple Disciplines by Scholars Nationwide

The Faculty of Law, Khon Kaen University, is organizing a National Academic Conference under the theme:

“Integration for Sustainable Social Justice: Challenges in Law, Technology, and Innovation”

Scheduled for July 3–4, 2025, at Thongbai-Thongpao Conference Hall, Faculty of Law, Khon Kaen University.

The event is held in celebration of the 19th anniversary of the Faculty’s establishment, to create a space for academic exchange among researchers, faculty, students, and educational partners at both national and regional levels.

This year’s conference emphasizes interdisciplinary integration in response to the complex and rapidly evolving challenges facing Thai society, especially those related to social justice, sustainable development, and the use of technology to improve quality of life.

The conference will feature more than 30 academic presentations by scholars from across the country, covering a wide range of disciplines, including:
